My favorite web site for weight loss/maintenance is http://www.fitday.com It's an online food journal. It keeps track of calories and everything else in your diet--from vitamins to fiber to fat. You can also track calories burned by a ton of different exercises and just your resting metabolic rate.
I love it!

Hi, Caridad. My New Year's resolution is to be more regimented in my work. Specifically, I boiled this down to 3 aspects, each involving the number 5 (so I can remember them every day). I wrote about this on my own blog, when I talked about 7 steps I'm taking to keep this resolution.

Cheers,
-TimK
