					<description>Try the Barilla multi-grain pasta.  Taste just like regular, but you do have to watch it more carefully as it will get soggy.  It comes in a yellowish box.

Hope the tips help a little and I'm with you!  It's a tough battle.</description>

					<description>I have had a weight problem all my life and now that I have gotten older I can't seem to loose any. I am going to try some of your tips. I do know that carbs are a down fall for me. I love pasta. BAD,BAD,BAD!!!!! I also love my diet sodas. I used to dring a lot of water but now I notice I don't so much any more. I think I wll try some of your tips and see if it works. Yes I have been to that stand still point and then just give up dieting altogether.</description>

					<description>Even a little exercise helps.  I had lost about 70 pounds several years ago and kept it off for some time and then it started to creep up and then bam . . . I had gained it all back.  It's a tough thing, but good luck with losing the weight and getting healthier!</description>

					<description>Congratulations to both of you on how far you've come. A few years ago, I went on a low carb diet and lost about 30 pounds, but as soon as my husband came home from an out of town job, I started eating normally again, and the weight all came back. I'm trying to watch what I eat, and I've started exercising for a few minutes every morning. Yeah, only a few minutes, but it's better than what I was doing. I'd like to walk more, but I have problems with the nerves in my feet (which I'm having treated, so hopefully I can start walking for health soon).</description>

					<description>Wow, Pat that is so awesome.  You should be amazingly proud of yourself.  I have  bunch of those flavored water mixes and must start using them as that is one of my biggest downfalls -- not drinking enough water.</description>

plan.  Then I set another small goal and
