#ThrowbackThursday – The Days after Hurricane Sandy

My daughter had only just opened her surf and skate shop when Hurricane Sandy hit the Jersey Shore, devastating many towns. It was a big hit for her as a small business owner since it took well over a year for the area to recover. Despite that, my daughter donated a portion of her earnings to Ocean Grove so they could help residents affected by the storm and rebuild the damaged boardwalk. I am so proud of the young woman she is!
