My daughter has recently gotten interested in Formula One racing and she has my hubby and me also watching the races. Months ago she decided she wanted to write a book about F1 racing and decided that she needed to do some research. She bought tickets to the US Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin and asked me to go along with her! We had a blast going to the race track, but unfortunately only got into Austin one night to eat at Terry Black’s. Fabulous BBQ. We were just too tired after being at the track to do the trek into Austin. Next year we’ll figure out a way to spend more time there.
