I mentioned at the start of the year that I had set a number of goals for myself for the New Year. I’m happy to say that so far I’ve been sticking to most of them. I’m doing over 10K steps each day, I’m eating more fruits and vegetables, and I’m making sure to get up and break up the hours of sitting while I write with a walk. Still working on the strength training, but that will happen in time. As for losing weight, I’ve lost another pound. Not a lot, but then again, you can sometimes not lose as much when you are building muscle. I’ll keep you posted on what happens over the next few weeks.
