Today is National Plan a Vacation Day! I love being able to get away and do something different, even if it’s only a short ride to a new nearby location. This year we’re doing a family vacation with my daughter and her husband since we haven’t done one in quite a few years. I’m looking forward to spending a week with them because we always have fun together. This time we’re going to do a river cruise and I’m so excited to visit new places. The river cruise company plans excursions during the cruise, but we’ll have a couple of days where we can plan our own things to do! Can’t wait! I’ll also be heading out to California for the Romance Writers of America conference and I can’t wait to see some friends who I haven’t seen in years. How about you?
