We picked up another friend in Florence and hit the road for the final leg of the trip before reaching Cape Canaveral and the Space Coast Book Lovers Event! We arrived with no issues and lots of rounds of the ABC game. Heavy rain kept us in and unpacking but then we hit the road again to go to the “World Famous” Dixie Crossroads Restaurant in Titusville. The restaurant is known for its rock shrimp and nom nom they were delicious. Kind of a cross between shrimp and a langostino. We also had some red shrimp that were in season and they were also so sweet and tasty! This morning we’re ready to register and see what events are happening today. Maybe we’ll even sneak in a quick trip to the coast and a park where we can see manatees. Hope you have a good day too!
