There’s less than a month until Spring and I can’t wait! I live to go out in the garden and plant my flowers and veggies, and to spend time on the beach. My favorite time at the beach is dusk when the swirls of pink and blue cotton candy melt into the indigo and purple of night. I took this picture one night and it totally captured the beauty of those magical minutes. I’m counting down until I can stroll to the boardwalk and watch those last colors of the day disappear into the darkness. I can imagine Maggie and Owen from One Summer Night doing the same thing. It’s one of my fav books because it is set at the beach and the location — Sea Kiss — is an amalgam of some of my favorite Jersey Shore towns.
